“We have an in-store glass and screen-repair service,” Sanders says. “We maintain a big housewares section, including a large selection of lightbulbs. We try to stock items homeowners need, not just what sells the best.”
Millen also has a large e-commerce site featuring many items you’ll find in the store, and even some you won’t. It’s all part of a retail experience that exudes old-fashioned pride — in customer service, in the quality of what’s on the shelf and in the people they hire.
